MerBar (MBR) Properties & Developments Ltd of Ghana is seeking hotel operators interested in a Build to Suit arrangement for development of its property in Accra’s Airport Residential district. For the scope of this project, MerBar is looking to develop a hospitality facility to operator standard in accordance with a long-term lease agreement.
